Wårby Water sourse

Vårby source (older spelling Wårby source) is a health and mineral well that in 1709 received special royal privilege. The source is located in the park at Vårby allé41 in Vårby, Huddinge municipality. Vårby source gets its water from an offshoot of Uppsalaåsen. In 1932, a mineral water factory was later built known under the name Wårby Hälsobrunn. Today the source is owned by Spendrups Breweries, which has its facility nearby. The water from Vårby source is no longer used in the production of mineral water. On September 1, 2007, Huddinge Municipality celebrated the source's 300th anniversary next to the well house.
