Inn "Klubben"

The inn "Klubben", built sometime in the middle of the 18th century. Our national poet Carl Michael Bellman described te houses and the area quite thoroughly in Fredman's epistle no. 49 - "Landstigning på Klubben", which is a fun read in many ways. The poet's presence in the area was due to the fact that he was the brother-in-law of Claes Arrhén von Kapfelman; owner of the manor house on Hägersten, built around 1753, located on the hill above the center of Axelsberg. The house is Blue marked by the city museum in Stockholm. Klubbensborg.se and Wikipedia
