Resurrection Chapel

The resurrection chapel was designed by Sigurd Lewerentz and has a classical temple architecture. The chapel was completed in 1925. The pre-hall is carried by twelve columns and leads the visitor into the low-key chapel with its beautiful mosaic floor and many well-worked details. The only window is elegant and marks the meaning of the chapel's connection to heaven. The organ stands tall and is hidden for heavenly music to fall upon the mourners.
