Sthlm 01

Sthlm 01 is part of Skanska's office project Sthlm New Creative Business Spaces. The developer and contractor is Skanska and for the architectural design is the Office of Architecture and Urbanism (BAU) and Sauerbruch Hutton. In the corner Hammarbybacken and Hammarby avenue, an office high-rise with 27 floors (102 meters above ground) will be built and along Hammarbybacken an office row of between six and seven floors is planned. The high-rise, called Sthlm 01, gets an eye-catching look. The plane of the scraper is shaped like a three-tip trident that grows outwards with ascending height and increases in volume higher up. The unusual geometry of the building is due to a number of local conditions, such as a limited plot of land that can be used to the maximum. The frame consists of concrete elements with a core of cast concrete. The core has a hexagonal flat shape and contains three lifts and two stairwells. The facades are covered with prefabricated window elements of aluminum and glass in different colors. The main entrance is planned towards Hammarbybacken(slope), where the house is 23 floors high. An entrance will also be arranged from Hammarby avenue. At the top are public-purpose premises with a restaurant and sky bar. A metro station will be built adjacent to the house. /Wikipedia.
