The house of Seyfridtz

The Seyfridtz House is a building at Stortorget 18 in Gamla stan, Stockholm, built in the 1520s.
In the 1620s, the house was owned by the skinner Hans Seyfridtz, but when he died and his widow, Maria Seyfridtz, remarried Johan Eberhard Schantz, the house became the same owner as the adjacent Schantz house. This house was also renovated in the 1650s. In the 18th century, the house was renovated again, at the same time as the Grillska house, and then got its present appearance. Wikipedia
