The National Sports Museum is tasked with collecting, preserving, managing and making available the cultural heritage of sport and is located in Stockholm and operates throughout the country. The museum has about 8000 objects, photographs, printed matter and art in its collections. The museum also collects stories from sports. SportLab, Spelplatsen, Tiden and the Tore room in Konsthall 16 are all permanent exhibitions. These are exhibitions that exist for a longer period of time and are updated all the time.
