The Radio houses Fresia 5

The terraced houses were designed in 1957 by the architects Bertil Karlén and Josef Stäck and were nicknamed Radiohusen because several Swedish radio personalities settled here. The Surkulla housing cooperative consists of five rows with a total of 32 terraced houses. Each house has six rooms and a kitchen spread over 122 m². A family room is located on a half-floor and receives daylight even through a roof lantern. The facades consist of plastered lightweight concrete walls. Each house also has a small garden plot.
