Built in 1950. The streets Arbrågatan, Bollnäsbacken, Burträskgatan, Hasselagränd, Järvsögränd, Lövångersgatan, Timrågatan, Tornedalsgatan and Ulvögatan are usually counted to Vällingbyhöjden.
The townhouses at Vällingbyhöjden often occur as examples of 1950s folk home building in Sweden. It is characterized by a cohesive asymmetry and an interaction between houses and the surrounding landscape. Gardens and parks are designed by landscape architects and the houses were designed by, among others, Höjer & Ljungqvist, Ragnar Uppman and Jöran Curman. Wikipedia
