Nacka nature reserve

To the east and northeast, the Stockholm part of the Nacka nature reserve is included in Bagarmossen, Kärrtorp and Björkhagen. There has long been a road through the area from Skarpnäck's farm to the farm at Söderbysjön. The road can be found in parts of the parkway to the east and in the parkway to the north towards the golf course and the lake. Even the old path between Brotorp and the now disappeared Torpet Parken remains, now in the form of a paved pedestrian and bicycle path.
The nature consists of low mountain ridges with wet areas in between. The highest elevation with 50 meters above sea level consists of the remains of Bergholmsberget, which is located in the southeastern part of Bagarmossen, at the border with Skarpnäcksfältet. There are overgrown and sealed machine gun emplacements from World War II, which were supposed to protect the wartime airfield below.
