Little Hornsberg

Construction year 1640, Hornsberg waterside. “Lilla Hornsberg” was originally the castle's (Stora Hornsberg, now demolished) guard house on the southwest side of the Karlbergs canal but was separated from the castle's grounds in the 1760s. Then there was a sea restaurant named ”Fördärvet”(Ruin), a not entirely unusual name at the time, because here you could ruin your finances. The name speaks for itself and belongs to the same category as The Ruins on Långholmen, Pungpinan and Sista Styvern (see Last Steper's stairs). Carl Mikael Bellman has sung about Lilla Hornsberg.
