Karlshäll's mansion

Karlshälls gård (also Carlshälls gård) is a manor-style ore farm on the island of Långholmen in the same district in Stockholm, since 1989 used as a restaurant, banquet hall and conference facility. Karlshäll is named after the first owner, Carl Modéer. Karlshäll was built in 1837–1838 as a residence for Långholm Prison's building manager Carl Modéer. his successor, brandy manufacturer Lars Ohlsson Smith, expanded the farm and, among other things, the Grindstugan was added. The property, which is owned and managed by AB Stadsholmen, has been awarded a blue label by the City Museum in Stockholm, which means "that the building is deemed to have particularly high cultural and historical values".//Wikipedia
