Kaknästornet tower 2 km

2 km walk to get there. 2km walk to get there.Kaknästornet is a tower on Gärdet in Stockholm and the center of the radio and TV network for Teracom Group's radio and TV traffic in Sweden. The name comes from Kaknäs, one of four royal estates that were located here. The tower has a height of 155 meters (170 meters including the mast) and 34 floors. Kaknästornet began to be built in 1963 as a link tower for radio and TV broadcasts. The tower was inaugurated on May 12, 1967. The reason for the tower being closed to the public indefinitely is an increased security threat to Sweden. (Bus 69 from T-centralen). (Bus 69 from T-centralen)
