Halmstadsvägen townhouses

The new (2014) townhouses were designed and built by Arkitektmagasinet Bygg AB. The houses were placed with mutually displaced volumes that give an interesting shadow effect that you think of the so-called Per-Albinhusen from the 1930s at Ålstensgatan. Each entrance receives a semi-private pre-garden and is marked through a large window section of glass blocks. The houses were built in three floors with exterior walls and joists consisting of light concrete which is then plastered inside and outside. External plasterer corresponds to light grey cement color. The ceilings were designed as pulpettak with weak fall. The houses have a retracted terrace/loggia on the upper floor towards the south.
