Granby farm

Construction year 1230. Granby farm is a former farmhouse located on järvafältet about 500 meters south of Husby in Stockholm municipality. Granby is mentioned for the first time in the 1230s and is thus the farm in järvafältet that is at the earliest documented. Today Granby's remaining main building is a private residence. The area is part of the Igelbäcken Cultural Reserve. The current farm building was probably built at the middle of the 18th century. The building was extended to the south in the latter part of the 18th century. Possibly the building has been moved from a former location on the north-west of the plot. Wikipedia
