Eolshäll

The original main building no longer exists, it was demolished when Storgården was built in the end of the 1940s. However, the wing building from 1904 remains and houses, among other things, bathing facility, laundry and mangle room for the alcoholic home. When the Sobriety Board and later ”The Home of The Vicious Boys” ran operations at the site, the wing building was used for various purposes. In the 1940s it was converted into human resources housing. The so-called Storgården was inaugurated in 1952. The client was the Stockholm City Children's Health Board and health, health and social care was carried out in the building. Since 1988, Eolshälls Kricagården has been in the building, which is a HVB home. From the same time, the Rector's Villa, which was the rector's residence and Västbo, which was a student home. In 2004, the facility was taken over by Micasa Fastigheter, which owns and manages the city's care properties. On the path to the beach is Trädgårdsvillan which was built in 1884 as a summer recidence and is the oldest sheltered building in the area. The garden villa was sold back in the 1880s to Stockholm Alcoholics' Home and served for many years as a service residence. /Wikipedia
