Built in 1957, architect George Varhelyi. Björkhagsplan 9. K-marked blue. Varhelyi gave the house an eye-catching look. It is all white with an interesting window placement towards the square, where various high window straps and occasional square windows lighten up the high façade. On the opposite, eastern façade dominates sugar bite-like balconies.
