Carlssons lantern
Wikipedia: Carlsson's lantern is a gas lantern on Stureplan outside the entrance to Sturegallerian which consists of a rich decorated cast iron post with round lamp house and seat bench below. Among the decorations are Stockholm's coat of arms Sankt Erik and lion faces. The lantern was designed in 1885 by sculptor Daniel Carlsson and was manufactured at Bolinders Mekaniska Verkstads AB at Klara sjö on Kungsholmen. When Stureplan was redesigned in 1990, the lantern here was given a place of honor.
