"Nederland 20" block

The building of the block dates back to the 18th century and is a good example of a well-preserved craft farm from that time. According to the University College's opinion (Appendage N:o 3, 1940) the house is also an old ”Malmgård”. As early as 1896, the property had already been acquired by the wholesaler Osvald Sigfrid Engström (1860-1955) and his younger brother watchmaker Robert Edvard Engström (1864-1927). The latter had the still existing characteristic clock on the gable against the then Bangårdsgatan (now Noe Arksgränden). K-marked blue. //Wikipedia
