”The big brewery”

With glazed gable. Construction year 1890-92 by Kasper Salin. An industrial building on Kungsholmen's western strand next to Lake Ulvsunda in Stockholm's inner city within Hornsberg. The brewery building was built in brick scans on a heavy graystone foundation. On the lower floors of the house, beams were arranged by masonry arches between I-beams and cast-iron pillars, higher up in the house there are wooden beams with wooden pillars. The facade was designed with yellow plaster and toureller (smaller towers on the facade), lisens (vertical, protruding masonry) and round arches and red facade bricks with pattern walls in black glazed bricks, chimneys walled in yellow brick. Stora Bryggeriet was originally built as a beer brewery and after the brewery time contained many different activities, including Kabi Vitrum and Pharmacia. Wikipedia.
